The review will be conducted in two phases: morning and afternoon. The morning meeting was chaired by Secretary-General Peng Xigao of the National Standard Resistance Committee, and Li Hongxia, chairman of the National Standard Resistance Committee and chief engineer of Sinosteel Co., Ltd., attended the meeting. Wang Zhanmin, chairman of the National Standard Resistance Committee Test Method Sub-Technical Committee and general manager of Sinosteel Luoyang Refractory Research Institute Co., Ltd., delivered a speech on behalf of the standard drafting unit; Vice chairman of the method branch, Professor Li Yawei of Wuhan University of Science and Technology, vice chairman of the method branch, Zhong Lu Yiguo, director of the Special Resistance Institute of Metallurgical Coking Resistance (Dalian) Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., presided over the review respectively. The standards reviewed are "Refractory Compression Creep Test Method" (revised GB/T 5073-2005), "Refractory Load Softening Temperature Test Method (Differential Heating Method)" (revised GB/T 5989-2008) and other two countries The two standards are ISO3187:1989 and ISO1893:2007 respectively, and the samples, equipment and result presentation have been revised and improved.
In the afternoon, two CSTM group standards were reviewed, including "Refractory Slurry Creep Test Method" and "Determination of Fluorine and Chlorine Content in Refractory Materials-Ion Chromatography". More than 10 members of CSTM/FC04/TC01 Advanced Refractory Materials Technical Committee and experts participated in the review meeting. Professor Zhang Xiuhua from MCC Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. and Professor Xu Jianping from Wuhan University of Science and Technology presided over the review meeting respectively. These two standards are newly formulated methods, which provide new means for scientific research and product quality inspection.
According to the standard review procedure, the representatives of the standard drafting unit reported the source of the project, the process of formulating the standard, and the summary and processing of the comments on the standard consultation draft. , equipment and test procedures were strictly reviewed word by word, and a proposal for revision of the standard was formed on the basis of consensus. The participants agreed unanimously, and the revised draft of the standard can be submitted to the standardization authority.
